“The moment you stop chasing, it comes. The second you let go, it arrives. The day you finally believe, it happens. The universe doesn’t work on desperation; it works on alignment.” ~ Buddha’s Teaching Hello, my friends!
Winds, Fog. Rain. Large fluctuations in temperatures. t’s definitely that strange time of year in West Michigan when we don’t know if we’re wearing our winter gear? Or, is it time to break out the sandals? The answer is . . . YES. 😆 Our irises are starting to emerge. Mike and I delighted watching some robins high up in our neighbor’s tree while sitting on our front porch. When I drove Javier to his grooming appointment, I was so close to a pair of sandhill cranes that were feeding in the field. I know we still have some cold weather ahead of us, and the signs of spring are in the air. Something I’m very excited about this spring is the return of Yacht Club Yoga. The space. The class. There’s just something about Saturday mornings at SYC that’s always been special. Even though it was the right decision, I had some grief around letting it go for a few months. In this time of seasonal transition, I look forward to its return! We’ll be back on the mat together on Saturday, April 11 | 9:00 - 10:00 AM. ALL are welcome. The Yacht Club is a very welcoming space, with gorgeous views, no matter the weather. There’s plenty of space to park. There’s no need to pre-register. Simply come as you are and enjoy the experience. We’ll move. Breathe. Meditate. It’s amazing what can happen in one hour of coming into our bodies and a place of presence. If you have any questions about whether or not this class is a fit for you? Reach out any time. With love, light, and longing for peace, m P.S. I’m enjoying the “I get to” mindset, and it’s starting to be more deeply rooted within. I hope you like it, too!
