My 500+-hour Yoga Alliance Certification is through Kia Miller in Radiant Body Yoga. Radiant Body Yoga (RBY) is a holistic approach that offers a potent combination of physical posture, breath work, kriyas, meditation, and chanting. These practices help to increase strength, build vitality, and create mental clarity. RBY is a practice that assists in opening the mind and the heart. As we begin to resonate from that place, our thoughts and actions begin to align with our best self. It turns out that what we seek, we already have within us. Additionally, I am a certified Kripalu Yoga In The Schools Instructor. This powerful curriculum, developed in union with Harvard Medical School, has proven successful with students, veterans, prisoners, first responders, CEO's, FBI agents, rape crisis victims, and more.
